Flowers Plantation is one of the Premier neighborhoods in Johnston and Wake Counties. Flowers Plantation was the third most popular subdivision in sales for the 3rd quarter of 2012 in the whole of the Triangle, that includes Raleigh, Cary,Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex and Holly Springs. There are a number of different neighborhoods offering all price points and home styles. There are town homes, cottages, Charleston Style homes, Executive Estate Homes, you name it.
Pineville West is a neighborhood of custom homes ranging in price from the high $300′s and up. The homes in Pineville West have extensive landscaping and all the homes are meticulously maintained. Mill Creek West, The Gardens, North Farm are all neighborhoods in Flowers Plantation and have homes from the mid $150’s for townhomes/patio homes up to the mid $250’s for single family detached homes. Some of the neighborhoods have different HOA dues so it’s important to know what your dues will be and what they include as some include membership to the Pineville Club.

Flowers Plantation is home to the first Harris Teeter in Johnston County scheduled to open in the Fall of 2013. The new shopping center is called Flowers Crossing and is located at the intersection of NC HWY 42 East and Buffalo Rd.
There are a number of great schools in the area. River Dell Elementary, Riverwood Elementary, Archer Lodge Middle, Riverwood Middle, Clayton High School and the newest Johnston County High School, Corinth Holders. Johnston County Schools are on a traditional school calendar.
